Professor Kathryn Judge is the organizer of the spring 2026 Law & Economics Workshop. The event series highlights diverse concerns and methodological approaches in contemporary corporate law and governance scholarship. For the most part, sessions feature younger scholars in the field.
The workshop meets on Mondays, 4:20 - 6:10 in Case Lounge, Jerome Greene Hall 701. Event listings include speakers, dates and papers (posted as they become available, usually about a week before each presentation).
